@Rance Brown  what is your NMLS # and your state of Oregon License number its not on your website.not sure what your fishing for as you guys appear to be a very experince Hard money lending company.there is only so many ways to lend money in the naked city and I am sure you know them all, why ask that question here  LOL...But if your question is sincere and not just phishing.what borrowers in your lending area are needing is really very simple and I am sure you already know this.1. cheaper rates... there is price compression on rates ..
