I never thought it was violation of SCRA to deny me when they required a one year lease.In the case of denying a renewal of a lease because a service members orders would end, that would create a hardship that is unrealistic for the service member to overcome. 

Not every business in every situation can overcome the law of diminishing returns, nor do the owners have the ability to do what it takes nor the desire to do so.

But the constraints you mentioned ought to be overcome first as you mentioned.

. $60k - $30k = $30k.So as long as I make more than 5.75% on that money, an investment or deal is worth it. 5.75% is kind of high to overcome without taking on some risk but those opportunities do exist so if you are smart in how you use it it makes sense.

Perhaps there's another more gentle and righteous side to him, but the behavior he exhibited on TV in front of millions of people reflects a serious flaw in his character...one that won't likely be easy to overcome in court.

Anyway, I'm thinking out loud and hope someone can relate or has been through this situation and can chime in with some investor experience and how to overcome these mental blocks!? 

The smaller banks I met with were able to overcome this, however the larger banks stuck to the Fannie guidelines and I just kept spinning my wheels with them.Although I have not seen anyone do less than 20% EVER, if you are going to try, I would give it a shot with a small bank.Good Luck!

The bitter cold we had was too much for the old furnace to overcome, although it was working to capacity and never went out.

You can put gold toilets in it, but you're not going to overcome the price the market sets for that particular location and size of property.Let me know what your thoughts are?
