Once you demo the walls you will see if you need all kinds of Plumbing work done.

Hi BP fam,I recently purchased an old property in Laurel MD and while doing demo we notice that one of the outside walls is leaning away from the house.

On my projects for instance I schedule the demo in the morning and then the plumber has to be there at 1:00 p.m. to either install the tub, shower pan and valve which normally takes about 2-3 hours. 

For lot value minus demo costs!  

I probably couldn't afford to trench down and install the drains myself given the amount of demo and refinishing that would be involved.

This is a pretty helpful site; however, it looks like the data is pretty stale as the most recent sales data is end of 2014.There is some pretty interesting and insightful demo information though. 

Or into stages (demo, build punch out, etc)?

I am reconstructing after near total demo , and was looking at a quartz or replica ish countertop for $40/sq ft. 

Although I have seen properties were it was "too distressed" and the investor decided to demo and build a new home.
