I don't drink coffee but my money waster is drinks and food so I limited outings to once a week with $50 cap which includes drinks so that's $200/month. 

I sure would hate for some drug addict to come at you with a dirty needle, an alcoholic boyfriend take the pistol to you, and then we all see your blurred body, with the cameras zoomed on in your bloody, lifeless foot on an episode of First 48.I had a boyfriend get loud with my property manager on my last eviction, and this wasn't even a desperate squatter that broke in. 

No major crime and the water you can drink.  

The first pillar is avoiding unnecessary and risky activities (don't drink and drive, insurance generally won’t cover your poor decisions) and take good care of your investments(maintain your property, etc) - these simple steps will help you prevent lawsuits before they even occur.

Just yesterday at the airport in Rionegro when I got into argument why I have to pay 60mil pesos with an agent , I needed to get a drink.

I imagine they would like it if people bought a drink or an appetizer or something, but we didn;t promise anything.
