You are going to recommend your partner and tell the seller that you will have your Realtor call them.If you are really enterprising, you can offer to sell the leads back to the Realtor rather than give them to him!

She should check out her financial aid and student loan options because even a student loan will cost her less than the tax on early distributions from a retirement plan.
