AirBnB is very time intensive, lots of call taken and made to set up cleaning, adding snacks, overseeing the cleaning people,yard maintenance, answering requests from guests, etc.

I think providing also small individual offices and meeting rooms, mail and package room, snack/ small dish options will also be a revenue driver.

We are hosting a "meet the candidates" Sept 1st at Hoffman ford (5200 Jonestown rd, Harrisburg PA)  Starts at 6pm, we are providing snacks and drinks. 

If anyone wants to meet up for coffee or snacks one evening or weekend, let me know.

Life is survival in some ELEMENTARY schools.In Wallingford, the kid's eat expensive organic snacks and wear name brand clothes.

There was one snack dab in the middle of the city too, but if the NW quadrant is the war zone then yes, it may be a bit of a challenge.

I also just joined the community last week and it already became my everyday brain snack. = )I do IT infrastructure and I'm also a real estate agent since 2011 in mass.

Most of these have a small charge that is not for the organizer to make money but to pay for the location, snacks when provided, etc.The last one I went to (In August) had a presentation from an expert of Mobile Home flips.

It sounds like their are saying your use creates more potential demand than their was prior which is why they are charging a fee.Thinking from the landlord side, they are likely renting you a box, it will be improved for your use as a snack/restaurant.
