The first estimator pointed out that it's obvious the reason the old unit isn't working, the refrigerant lines have been pulled off the unit (and sadly all the old (Freon) refrigerant has escaped, polluted the atmosphere).  

A major component of these solar companies operations is selling the energy / EPA credits  - to companies that pollute (oil refineries, coal fired power plants), and when they buy the credits it allows them to pollute that much more.  

Double pane windows offer reduced outside noise pollution, and are energy-efficient.

They will have to pull out 4 million septic tanks because they will flat to the surface like bobbers if flooded and pollute the area.

I believe the landlord/property manager that allows this type of activity is polluting the neighborhood.

The likely hood is that based on the age of the community the cottagers are polluting the lake, E.coli counts are probably up in the swimming area during the summer after a rain and at some point it will be discovered.

Most of that electricity previously came from the heavily polluting, coal-fired Navajo Generating Station which created a lot of problems for the Navajo Nation and was just destroyed a few days ago actually.

Some countries like China have to think about how much to pollute killing people that way vs starving people to death every day. 

Lots of traffic and pollution.
