This is my first rental, however I'm semi retired, with time to manage property.

At the end of the day, its all just group investing, or pooling of funds, whether you structure it as a blind pool (i.e. you have a business plan generally but havent actually identified property), or a semi-specified fund (you identified some, but not all), or a single asset syndication (you identified one or more properties and have them under contract).

While there are some small areas in those neighborhoods that are semi ok, for the most part, the south and west sides are pretty dangerous.

I've been using "Wiskers" color code #531-4  any one can mix it, in any type of paint semi gloss, flat, eggshell, latex or enamel. its a grey tan color.. is amazing blends well with any tone carpet or wood floor and the white trim really is awesome.

We are in a semi-rural area. 

In my opinion this is a semi-long play type of park.

I can buy at least 3 mobile homes with land for $120,000 furnished or semi furnished in NC.
