Taking a survey of the residents may also key you in on somethings they would like or fix...doing this upfront before raising costs of things help keep happy tenants.Even buying the property something like a picnic table is seen as a very positive gesture...look for less expensive ways to get the people living there a value add.Your profitability (NOI) increase that your building sees has a 10-12x value add to the property itself.

I create a file by typing in the info on the ezLandlordForms.com website, and also request credit info through them as well.As to some tenants not having bank accounts, according to some surveys, a good portion of the low income population either does not have, or does not qualify for a bank account.
