This sealed off the dust, and gives a grand storage/workshop area, HOWEVER, it also sealed off the airflow, with the result that any dampness wicking through from the outside soil makes any nearby surface mold heaven.

I am thinking about having my guy install some siding (most likely wont be a perfect match) where the board is and make sure it is weather sealed with caulking.OrRemove the window frame and install siding with caulking, sealing it in.Does anyone have any inexpensive ideas?

I like Fusion 100% acrylic grout to minimize staining and eliminate sealing.
