I routinely pay a bit upfront (the morning the job starts) for the painting crew I use all the time, but would never pay more than a few hours in advance and would never do it for a crew that I hadn't worked with before.Find another painter...

I find this vehicle much better to work with than my (prior) Ford F-150 since the van is equipped with full bins package and ladder racks (currently off), making it a lot easier to carry supplies for routine and ongoing property maintenance.

I was doing some routine cleaning and noticed lots of cat poop back there.

Be aware that in Texas a city inspection will usually take place upon change of ownership and a list of new demands and requirements can be part of your routine during the first year, especially on older buildings…. beware of Arlington in TX – they do this on purpose.

I routinely see discrepancies between the listing status on the MLS and on Homepath.com.

I may be spoiled in my market in Macon, Georgia, but using OPM and Calculating COC based on my down payment and CF after PITI/Vac/Rep, routinely getting numbers above 50% is expected.
