That includes the cost of the whole enterprise including cost of acquisitions, expensive deep water development, premiums paid to governments for the concessions to develop their resources, frivolous lawsuits, G5's to take execs to Washington to testify etc.

Perhaps when my enterprise has grown large enough, i can dabble in a larger player such as the DC metro area, however at this point, I plan on being a long distance property owner.

Another thing you might do is call tenant legal aid in your area and ask a quick question about the legality of this provision in MI,  this is probably something they can answer off the top of their heads and without charge.
