Hey Guys/Gals,After finally having had enough of CSC/Coin-match as my washer/dryer provider, I'm cancelling the contract when it comes up for renewal in March.

Currently involved with several clients trying to defer large Dec. 2017 sales of stock, business, crypto, etc.

It sounds like the seller debiting the buyer and the buyer receiving a credit from the seller are expressed as being different sides of the same coin or idea, but exactly how is this exemplified?

I always preach that there is a risk in any investment (regardless of whether you are investing in real estate, stocks, crypto, or a business).

Here is what I would do:First, you should agree to pay both mortgages, then create a note for $7K (preferably with some sort of collateral like other real estate, car, coin collection, art, etc..

Then would do the reverse post Winter and check the condition of the window and door screens as well.The elf would call each tenant to negotiate a good time for the on-site maintenance inspections, set the appointments, and post a legal "Notice to Enter" if necessary.At our 8-plex, once a week, the elf would clean the coin-op laundry room and wipe down the w/d machines, walk the premises to check on the tidiness of the grounds, check on the proper use of our garbage dumpster/recycle bins, and water the flower beds, shrubs and landscaping as needed.I would reserve my time and expertise for business financials, for nurturing the tenant-landlord relationship, and also for tenant move-ins and move-outs: advertising, screening, interviewing, showing, contracting, new tenant orientation, etc.

If neither of them work then you likely need to find out what your calling really is, my coin. 

@Michaela G.I often try unordinary things like that (coin inset floor, using children's ABC foam tiles under a 3/8 sheet of lexan, etc) .... some work well, others are a learning experience.
