Title companies would be my first option but probably lowest on the pay scale because more then likely you will start out as a receptionist or in shipping.

The cool part of it was the location: it was during my job on cruise ships, so I'd step off the ship wherever I was and go running through the grid of Key West, along Grand Cayman's 7-mile beach, through a fishing village near Mahajual in the Yucatan Peninsula...

All you had to do to travel was to board a ship and hope that you survive the trip.I understand that the world is more regulated today and we have a bunch of nut-cases who seem hell-bent on blowing things up because their Mullahs have convinced them that doing so will allow them to go to heaven and enjoy the company of a thousand virgins.

For tenants that don't want to pay online I have a mailbox at a pack and ship store that is open 9am-7pm 6 days a week where they can drop off rent in person.

(Setting aside builder organizations that are really more about prestige and blood money than they are cost savings)The problem, of course, with buying bulk materials is that you either need a bunch of guys who want their sheetrock/nails/roofing/whatever immediately, or you have to store the stuff somewhere which typically negates any real cost savings... not to mention shipping charges.
