I looked at it and it seemed like there were too many conflicts for me to get any level of comfort (affiliates were getting paid for brokering deals, doing lending, etc.).

Take a look on the NARPM national site, they are all listed there under affiliates I personally use AppFolio, but much larger portfolio, anything under 100 units not worth it with Appfolio and PropertyWare, but both are awesome and does everything and then some....If you have any questions, PM me and will be happy to help
