But what about tiny small towns in western NY?

Remington has teeny-tiny row houses and is also fairly pricey for what you get now. 

The lot is tiny, not much room for expansion - maybe add a small bathroom.

There are some very nice 2/1 that are too tiny for families but might appeal to singles/no-kids types.

If you can do it with humour all the better and no, with or without humour, you can not please everyone.I personally do not give a tiny rodents rear end what others think of me, after all it is only the interweb, but then again I am not trying to drum up business.  

All of the building plans and documents I've gathered are tiny plot plan sketches at best with some poorly written cursive squiggled next to it for the description. 

My accountant says I am the tiny fish in the ocean with Merrill Edge, fees could eat me alive.Going to talk to Merrill tomorrow...
