I’m in Canada and looking to be able to collect rent and interface with my tenant through software as far as payment goes.

It’s free for you & your tenant (unless they pay by credit card) and the user interface is simple to navigate. 

I've only been messing around with Stessa for 2 or 3 days but I am liking the user interface and find the whole thing fairly intuitive.

The reason behind we prefer to use this software is that its hassle free, featured with the user friendly and calendar based interface which makes it an intuitive tool to work with.

Beyond pricing has a better interface but I believe pricelabs has better functionality. 

I cannot wait for the physical copy so I can have a more tangible reference (yes one of those people that likes to browse through real books!).
