(With drinks of course)I am a Mortgage Loan originator and want to set up a fun get together with friends and family as well, to network and potentially find new clients for you guys.I use to bartend so I know a lot of great spots we can choose from, as well as I believe this the best way to get to know everyone in your areaI have 2 agents and 5 potential buyers already attending. 

The tenants are OK but one is a raving alcoholic and his drunken, ranting phone calls are cumbersome.

Food deliveries, rideshare during big drinking days/concerts/sporting events/airport runs, shop for grocery items, etc...Most folks overestimate what they can earn in a day hustling and underestimate what they can earn in a year. 

I genuinely thought you were asking about success stories behind drinking coffee which is why I clicked this thread!

Also very interested in taking part in a meetup or even just coffee/drinks with a few people to get a meetup off the ground.  

You can even legally restrict alcohol if you want to get real nasty.I live in a state where firearms are everywhere yet we manage to not kill each other like they do in Chicago or Baltimore where firearms are restricted.

Just do not drink the cool aid of a slick talking salesman.

Otherwise, you get this:  Vehicle storage, Semi and Trailer parking, growing mushrooms or Tilapia in doors, paint ball, daycare, indoor sports complex, indoor golf complex with Beer Haus, Indoor Tennis, Indoor training center, Local Distribution center- twinkies, tortillas, sports drinks, chips, etc., Go Cart track,  The key is if you can bring value to the location, that is what creates the value, not the building.

We did not go cheap on food, drinks, and décor.
