"Tax assessment appeals persist in Baltimore" by Natalie Sherman Feb 5, 2015The way I read it, it seems that because there are so many rentals and distressed sales and the tax rate is crazy high there are more and more tax assessment appeals in Baltimore City, more than the rest of Maryland.Any thoughts?

The note buyer has assume the risk for A's loan on house #2.If B doesn't want to give up the equity (I wouldn't), then this situation will just need to persist until the point where A can refi house #2, and pay off B, which will in turn give B enough cash to pay off the wrap on house #1 which in turn will give A enough cash to pay off the original loan.

So yes cold calling works, what is important is just like direct mail, keep refining your approach, don't waiver and continue doing it, someone I admire said that the key to success is "persistence and perseverance."
