They bill based on daily rate of equipment setup, as well as service call charges, monitoring hours, any containment setup etc.Is that all they intend to do?

I saw this online as I have been monitoring the county court web viewer. 

Definitely something I am monitoring.

They'll monitor the progress of the renovation and pay it out in draws to make sure you're doing the loan and improving the asset vs just buying it and then not doing the work. 

It basically said the foundation has shifted 3" due to gutter issues and needs to be monitored. 

The remote monitoring helps get in front of potential issues before damage is caused.

Just telling you to use the portal to monitor your application. 

The LLC law monitor seems to think this may become more popular over time.
