It’s free and easily integrates calendars and has a user friendly interface for owner/managers like me as well as for those who manage houses for others.

It just depends on which interface you are most comfortable with. 

I browsed the contractor page on this site, but it appears that professional services are not included.

My rep was very positive and professional and the web interface is clean and easy to use.  

I tried booking - week interface and bad hosting terms, and Trip Advisor didn't provide much. 

I never dealt with a turnkey company, but you can browse the forums and I'm sure you will find plenty of them. 

Users like it because the interface is clean and user friendly, and the final reports that can be generated are very robust.

Your agent needs to have experience with renovation and it's not necessarily expertise you need to bring to the table.If you're concerned about interfacing with the contractor as a woman, this isn't a concern as the agent is interfacing with the contractor, not you.
