Thanks to real estate investments made on the side over the last 6 or 7 years, I'm on track to be able to retire from this job with enough 'youth', energy, and capital to launch a business that will be meaningful and make life better for others in a completely different arena. 

and if you cant think of anything you launch.. :)As for this 16 year old he is way ahead of the curve.. for me it was getting my license at 18 and just go do it.. in this business successful realtors are great mentors you get on their teams you go to free sales training. its all about sales when you start.. you have to work for commission to get the big dollars I found..

Other businesses: I also have a fledgling e-commerce business that just launched (men's grooming, if anyone's interested!)

Who I knew there has done *nothing* for launching me** on my chosen career path.

Without that, home prices would launch into inter-stellar space. 

I have learned from so many of the BP community, forged new relationships, created friendships, found private money partners and deals, formed a women investor mastermind group with women nationwide, met my partner who I just launched the Real Estate InvestHER podcast. 

Made a drive down to Florida so I can go see a rocket launch this week and on the drive I finished 3 podcasts. 

JErryl I only ask because when my website launchs I do want someone to see it. .. but  I have never had one and I do over 40 million a year in real estate so I guess you can say I create my own deals.. 

We're launching this REI business because we're excited about the possibilities and because, now that I'm spending more time at home, if I don't stop driving my wife crazy around the house I won't live to see my next deal.All of that is beside the point, mostly I stopped back in to say thanks for all the perspectives and all the (mostly) friendly guidance. 

I'm working with a person in Canada to help me get each property launched on Airbnb and VRBO and to grow the business to 8-20 properties with automation to reduce the amount of time I spend each day managing the properties.
