I’m looking to get into real estate and stay they so help ya girl out!

Anyone have any advice for a new investor wanting to build a nest egg for my family (wife and two little girls I adore) please let me know.

The buyers girl friend says she's a realtor in California and she does seem knowlegeable BUT she's the one who had a fit when I asked for a credit history.

We built the duplex and had it rented to 10 single girls in 4 months.

What did you think was going to happen, I will say a prayer for the poor girl though.

My husband is military and we are looking to buy our first home.I am a Nursing student and we have a 3 year old little girl.

If the house is a 3 bedroom (one for parents, one for girls, one for boys) I don't think that there is anything you can do except document the additional kids.More to the point, I am not sure you should want to.

This sounds like trespassing to me.In Florida, we have a law where I can have you served for trespassing, and the sheriff will escort you from the premises and arrest you on site if they catch you violating it.
