Grant is right that, in theory, if you're gonna take the time to do a deal, might as well do a mega-deal (massive apt complex) than a tiny deal (1 SFR).

I pay $600.00 pm... theres no way id go down the street to a tiny one bedroom to save 100$ a month.. the one bedroom apartment is small!
