While we could certainly make more money if we spent more time at it, we have chosen a different path.

We have chosen real estate as the vehicle for that.  

I advised him the unit would be renting for 1200 per month and he does not want to pay that so has chosen to leave no later than the 60 day period that apparently Washington state law allows.

I hate my job and my chosen career path with the passion of a thousand suns and have decided real estate is how I’m getting out of it.

The average rental yield for the country is 7.2% while the neighborhood I have chosen to focus yields about 9 to 10%.The closing costs are quite high which makes having initial cash a basic requirement.

So much so that I have chosen to build my business around that core principal.

You want to educate yourself, and get familiar with your chosen city so when a great deal reveals itself, you can snap it up.

Hi @Chris Martino - I’m far from a legal expert on this - however just based on reasoning from what I’ve read, I’d be surprised if what you’re saying is the case - if doing the transfer without telling the lender did not satisfy the legal reasoning for the transfer in the first place, I doubt so many folks would’ve chosen to do it this way. 

Find a deal and then find your mentor- even if they are just temporary find someone you look up to and someone willing to walk with you during your first steps into this new path you have chosen.
