@Joseph Abbott,I believe anyone (Open challenge) would be hard pressed to find deals as sweet as here in Detroit.With that being said I totally encourage you and folks to work on Detroit deals from wherever you are.I am a Broker here in MI and am open to discuss your license and practicing here.

Really good for lenders and partners.In case you don't know how to, pressing the @ button and then (without a space) begin typing a person's name that has commented on the thread will allow you to @mention the person so it alerts them you've responded to something they've said

Make some money from the job, learn a real estate skill - such seems to be a decent idea.However, simultaneously, my family found out they were moving out of state for work, and given the timing, I saw an opportunity to cut my rent related expenses to 0, move in with them, and focus entirely on real estate investing.I'm fortunate in that I have no pressing debt, and minimal expenses.
