Some follow-up info:From what I gathered, Memphis neighborhood ratings really vary from street to street, but below are some general zip codes and their associated ratings that I have found from browsing the forum that seem to be recommended within my criteria.

I can't speak to the effectiveness of apartments.com's support as I haven't used it but the interface seems as easy to use as cozy was. 2 months in and no issues.

Roofstock has been a long time advertisement on BP, haven't personally used but they have a great user friendly website to easily browse inventory.

The whole interface looks overwhelming and I just thought to shoot my shot here first.

The interface is very simple and intuitive.  

I searched the Utah Real Estate App, an interface with the MLS that is available for all non-agents looking for a home in Utah.

If it's some weird hybrid, I'd look closely at your user agreement, as well as the interface/dashboard/portal that they use with the tenant.

In an ideal world I'd have a remote property management company who has a limited scope of work, but is the primary interface with the tenants.

I can say Nevadas user interface is extremely useful as almost everything can be done entirely online unlike here in CA.My current LLC is active with bank accounts, but I have a separate trust that "holds" my funding.
