I have one two family in Medford and I am still undecided if I want to flip or hold.

While many things are undecided, the cut in corporate tax rate has been a mainstay in every draft and will almost certainly be in the final draft.Disclaimer: I'm not a tax professional, I just do my own taxes.

My business plan was to invest in one property (buy-and-hold) either SFR or MF in the SoCal region (undecided on purchase price but probably between $200,000 - $400,000?).

quick question that I need some advice on, Ive been undecided if i should become a real estate agent, real estate investor or both.

-Multi-Family Home 4 Bedrooms4 full Bathrooms-1,736 sqft-Built in 1986-Front unit needs work around $6k (floors,a/c and cabinets) tenant pays $575 month-Back unit is in way better shape but tenant pays $400 since the work on the unit was done by them  (needs minor repairs at  $2k to upgraded)Seller is asking $110k (property has been trying to sell for  100+days)I ask my agent to offer $65k but the counter offer came at $75k.......I think we can get a deal at $70k not 100% sureI'm undecided on what to do ?

I am undecided on whether to buy another property in west New York and continue to do airbnb or buy one in PA just for rent cash flow .
