. :)Account Closed  and Minh probably knows this one.. our core group of foreclosure buyers here in PDX we were pretty tight knit even though we competed.. and if a guy was short on something he really had IE he had checks for something that did not go.. but needed funds for another it was nothing for us to hand over 100 to 300k cashiers checks to let them buy it then meet them at their bank and get repaid... and maybe they buy me a beer for doing that.
