Almost $10K for demo and haul-away? 

@Eric Michaels I've heard of a few people having to demo additions because it turns out they weren't permitted.

The demo of the kitchen needs to happen first but should the floors get refinished afterwards, then the kitchen cabinets installed, and then the paint?

If not, that along with the other items damaged while doing mitigation and demo may be grounds for a credit or removal of line items on a bill.

Long story but, the original windows were replacements installed under/behind drywall so we had to demo all the drywall around the windows and some packing/framing to measure each replacement window.Same with electric.

What's your game plan with it after demo?

trash and demo and no electricity and no sinks and pipes everywhere etc. i recorded the conversation.  

@Phillip Hunt As far as the design, demo, and install --  I'm doing that as well right now -- for me it's out of sheer necessity. 

I clicked on their request demo link and never received a reply.

At that point, I went back through and did demos with about 8-10 other PMS packages.
