I listened to 5 podcasts, added several of the books mentioned to my Audible wish list as well as added some of them as Kindle PC samples.

I also have a friend who Airbnb's a condo in PC that I'm sure could provide you with an opinion/pros-cons.

It is undervalued but has some pillars that make it slightly more attractive including the University of Chicago, proximity to Lake Michigan, the Obama Presidential Library, a proposed Tiger Woods designed golf course, and increasing retail outlets.

Many people on the site and several authors have mentioned using local libraries to gain access to hundreds of great real estate and business books and I have taken full advantage of those resources.
