The permitting process can be complex, you can fail an asbestos test up front, if you demo the entire place you can find knob and tube electric (which means a full rewiring) etc….

By formally, I mean web research, calls with Sales, product demos, and free trial evaluations.

This range should get you someone with a truck and all the tools to do most any job minus some of the more expensive equipment you may have to rent like lifts, demo saws, etc. 

I got some demo bids and just had them quote me to demo and haul away 700 sq ft of tile.

I had one of the Crexi representatives present a demo for me yesterday on the Crexi intelligence software and was very impressed with the data it can produce.

My goal is to network with some financial partners that are interested in purchasing either vacant lots or lots with a structure to demo and then build new.

I am new to real estate investing, and welcome any and all pointers regarding financing,  assembling a team for property management and demo/repairs, and zip codes that provide a fair ROI.
