From Rutherford it can vary anywhere from 20 minutes (prior to 6:30AM) to 2 hours (after 7:30AM) depending on traffic and if a bus breaks down.

People are frequently accosted for their race, sexual orientation, or just looking like you have a few dimes to your name.

One of the biggest things to suffer abuse is the flooring, so I didn't want to cheap out and eat $$ on the long run.Pretty easy to install...... but screw the "utility knife" cut and snap...... can be done, but its not easy at all with the thicker stuff.....makes it go real slow..... just use some power tools to cut it.

I see too many people abusing Child Support, not giving it and the parents struggle when there is only 1, with the roof over their head and the 25-33% of income for rent balloons to over 50% and then the single parent only pays for food and supplies and the rent is then last.

The patented system they use can see if a tenant will lose their job in the future or get hit by a bus and be off work for 6 months or have a heart attack and die.

For me and my family I created a series LLC structure that is held in a trust and all properties re professionally managed.I secretly ope my demise will not be by being run over by a bus but maybe during a few weeks or months so I could explain the instructions that are provided in our trust documents.

I don't think they understand the risk and that the reward unless your buying in areas that WILL appreciate is pretty high.. but that's just me.I have to always harken back on HP and Hewlit and Packard starting their company with 15k on credit in a garage in Palo Alto not far from were I used to live.. so it can happen.so when you go to a bus tour event that those folks paid 40k to go to .. and Rich Dad is as tough on these people as anyone.. 

if they just listened to that episode this would all be Moot  LOL  although its not a laughing matter for the poor people that have had their trust so thoroughly abused and trashed.Shameful is what it boils down to really.

I'd rather not give them any reason to claim I cut off anything prematurely, if internet can be construed as a utility provided, albeit only orally as a courtesy before their default and breach.Is there any recent precedence (or in absence, law) established in California courts yet regarding tenants provided with internet but abuse (ie, transfer of copyrighted material) resulting in it being shut down by the provider (Verizon) altogether and to everyone not just the violator?

Many, if not most, have a history or substance abuse.
