I love the BRRRR method, but at the END of a string of exponential investments where I am using the same money (my profits...not my seed money) over and over...for that tax avoidance reason you mentioned.

I am using buildout for 35 properties and works very good and specially the screening and online payment part of it and also otherwise keep adding more features and also it is affordable too.

I want a certainly level of understanding in anything I am using.  

Any help is appreciated as I am using allclients.com and its ok, but forms are weak, and no tracking of opens/clicks, etc, though decent CRM. 

And I am using the money to only further the strength of their asset. 

I know he blamed me a few times  LOL>.. but I am used to getting blamed for being the big bad HML or investor when deals get derailed...

At the same time I have confidence in my ability because I am used to fixing your mistakes and helping you catch up! 

What kind of pros and cons I am looking if I am using LLC and if I don't?
