They didn’t install the toilet wax ring/plumbing correctly so water was coming through the ceiling, their “scope” -FRAME AND DRYWALL NEW BATHROOM AND INSTALL ALL HARDWARES, PLUMBING AND ELECTRICAL and other issues (all at my expense).

So going to a hardware store, Fiverr, Upwork, etc., or even your local community college for a drafter will most likely not get you to what you need.I will add that you also won’t need to hire a large architecture & engineering firm for this.

All in all, though I like Marco, because of his innovation, but keep your wallet close.His repeat bootcamp charge of $500 for past graduates is a great bargain, because he is always teaching new stuff and has new programs, such as his financing program for the advertising costs for a formal auction that you would do with a professional auctioneer for houses over about $4M.

We have two new hotels going in and three new large residential projects going in (one going into the old Imperial Hardware spot on Main street which will be mixed use, one on Market Street which is a block and probably apartments, and a new project directly in front of the Fox Theater by Mark Rubin.)
