I've had central A/C units torched through bars/cages and stolen to all my new doors and hardware pulled off every doorway taken in minutes in these areas.

Stay away from the “guru” sales-pitch events - they rarely increase your investment knowledge, they merely empty your wallet!

When I do a search I get computer storage hardware.

I make sure all my new purchases are within 30-45 minutes of my house and within 1 mile or two max from a hardware store. 

New paint, Floors, Kitchen, Bathrooms, Hardware, Windows, Light Fixtures, and Appliances.

It's been a tremendously helpful experience but quite the drain on the wallet.

My only concern with that is most seasoned investors will be in line already at these auctions plus their wallets will go deeper than mine so I might just be wasting my time in going.

Neil Goradia  For whatever contractor you need, go to your local Sherwin Williams or HWAC store or plumbing supplies hardware store and ask the store manager for 3 references of the best contractors who have an open account with the store
