There are also chronic abusers and there are one time incidents. 

Again I have no problem for those in need ,But it is the Abusers that really get my cray .I guess the words Self Preservation and Self Reliance mean Nothing to the Give Me Give Me Socialistic crowd , VERY SAD .PS : I still have no interest in Investing in Detroit of South Chicago .
