@Kelly AtkinsonIMPORTANT NOTICE TO THE SPEED READERS: I am looking at this from a wholesalers perspective exclusively.What I use: Used Propstream (Now Repropfinder), Used/Still Use Realeflow Considering: InvestorFuse 2.0 CRM (considerably more expensive than competition but could be worth it, idk)Considering: Flipster (attracted to the fact that is has many of the same features as repropfinder/propstream but "claims" to include skiptraced content like phone numbers and emails at no extra charge)Distant 3rd, Considering: REIAutomator (some of the guru trainers or whatever advertise this , I see it as a clone of repropfinder/propstream and have not read anything new that is significant enough to truly seperate themselves)REI Pro: Never used it, I have seen this one a bunch, but for me I just have not really seen how this seperates itself in any major way from Repropfinder or REIAutomator.

So whether you have your money in real estate, P2P, notes, ETFs, bitcoin or stocks, I just want to emphasize the obvious lesson to readers - always ask yourself what happens if your expectation on timelines are wrong, and what will you do if your main exit strategy is no longer possible.

I'm sure @Mindy Jensen and @Brandon Turner can provide some guidance on who they think would not only be qualified to write on the topic but also who would do a good job putting the content together in a way that was not only informative but also engaging for readers.

I wrote long, detailed, and intricate articles as I wanted my reader to 100% understand the topic at hand by the time they finished reading.This writing strategy was extremely effective.

Even if it has a satellite reader the reader can be disconnected and still cause a problem for you as the owner.And of course make sure water bill is paid before refunding deposits to a tenant.
