I assumed I would get rejected but to my surprise I was approved for about 340,000$ I knew I had to start shopping, I was risking putting 100% of everything I have to my name into a deal because I had put in the hours of research and trusted my beliefs.

I know I fell into the belief that househacking is always a good move when I started into investing, but the more I dove in and the more experience I got, its just not a guarantee it's going to always work like assumed.

My speculative belief is this overdelivery in 2023-2024 will cause an underdelivery in 2028-2030 and by then we'll see growth still be quite high. 

Contrary to popular belief I do have the ability to dress myself most mornings and have been known to tie my own shoes on occasion. :)

Beliefs about money being evil are deep seeded in our brains and reinforced daily by the media.

I am in the belief that absolutely you should set up an LLC.

Hobby landlords will generally be reluctant (embarrassed) to raise rent and will normally keep rent below market with the false belief that it retains tenants saving turn over costs.

This is really a limiting belief for so many investors!

You choose to insult others on a personal level when your beliefs are challenged.

It's just an excuse and a limiting belief!
