An LLC is not iron clad protection. 

Definitely have to say the time last year when I tried to unclog a drain myself at my 3 family home and being old cast iron it was so brittle that it snapped where it connected to the main drain.

Ironically, I've found it's easier to lose discipline when buying for just yourself than when you know other people are counting on you!

Doesn't sound like an issue as to the content, but being swamped with irons in the fire.

He then proceeds to send me a list of homes that he came across for us to go look at; ironically the homes on his list are about 15-20% higher in price than the ones I suggested.

The only new construction in this house is new kitchen and bath electrical circuits and new hard wired smoke alarms, moving washer hook ups-some cast iron replacing-new shower/tub valves and a new shower pan and frame two walls and add a door.

Inflation on many goods - not ironically hidden from the CPI - will be through the roof if the dollar keeps tanking.
