However I would argue that the sections I highlighted could be very useful to the overwhelming majority of BP readers, as the majority of readers probably only have 1-3 SFR units or are house hacking a multi unit in which case chances are very high that it's the wild west and that you can discriminate for absolutely any reason you want.
