He is probably mad that I got an attitude with him because he wanted the attorneys number and to speak to the bird dog but I said that is my business and I didn't give it to him my own fault, and yeah he probably does think he is working with amateurs, I will see if we can figure something out..

Contractors certainly have license and bonding requirements, but as long as people will hire a guy with a truck and a few tools there will be issues.Saying contractors must come in on a bid job where an investor needs to be to make money is amusing, rather ignorant and entirely a selfish attitude.

At it's simplest form, all we need is a seller, and a buyer and the rest is just details.My suggestion would be to be honest, network, have a positive attitude and keep pushing yourself to help people with their situations.
