Everyone has something undesirable so far.

I've installed Adura LVT by Mannington in our home and it has withstood our 5 year old, a 70 pound lab and a crazy pitbull with NO signs of wear at all!

My primary care physician wrote a letter explaining why my dog would help me live in my unit more comfortably, in spite of my disability.The place I live in, however, does accept dogs, and my dog is only 22 pounds.  

They must have renter's insurance, no pit bulls , etc. max of two pets, less than 25 pounds.

Obviously it's not worth this amount (after living in it for a month I felt it wasn't worth this much even without the repair issues, so you can understand there are a lot of other issues I haven't noted here that make it an undesirable residence - friends and family kept asking me why the heck I was paying so much). 

Most people aren't taught that or ignore it.A bedazzled hammer with jewels and gold leaf will pound a nail just as good as a $4 hammer from home depot.  

Picking up rent even if it is not in cash cold very well attract undesirable attention and place you at risk.Please consider your safety.

Something you need to verify.I do have an emotional support animal for my disability, but I also rent where dogs are allowed anyway, and I have a dog under 25 pounds, so any place that accepts pets, will accept my dog.  

We allow pets in our condos, in accordance with association regulations - one or two full grown pets under 25 pounds.

If you pay, then I'll give you this one and tell her to go pound sand.You rented a SFH, normally that would require you to do yard maintenance but she has agreed to mow your lawn.
