I do know, it they are there and someone is sufficiently motivated they will be found and used.I also know with an attitude toward legislation of, "We have to pass it so we can know what is in it," coupled with the knowledge the members of Congress don't read what they vote on, it would be a pretty safe bet they are there just waiting to be found.

In most areas your Board of Realtors has developed their contracts over time, mush has to do with the experiences and court cases in that jurisdiction.Those "consumer" covenants contained in a contract did not come out of thin air based on some bleeding heart Real Estate Broker, they came from findings in law, state court findings, attitudes and customs.RE Brokers are very risk adverse, they don't want any stone left unturned where that snake may be that can bite them.

As was mentioned, you'll get sales experience (loans are financial products) you'll meet the public or dealers, you may learn collateral aspects and perfection of liens, but IMO, you'll be seen as picking up bad habits and attitudes.

In Volume 2, there's actually a chapter on "Knowing the Rulebook" which talks about inspectors trying to fail landlords for items that aren't even required (something like an exterior door being painted two different shades) and how important it is to know the rules of the program so you can deal with these sorts of issues as they arise.Anyway, best of luck to you and keep up the good attitude.

I'm trying to find something that could maybe would stand more of a commercial use then having the current system will utilize where I could remotely change in attitudes and such from afar to automate processes better.
