Interesting Topic.As a sporadic poster yet avid reader, I tend not to look at influence.

You are simply stating "proposed" wink, wink (not fact and these things 'fall through"...ahem).It makes the reader wonder if perhaps if you might have an issue with their property...not necessarily buying it.

You may be entering into a close relationship with the reader, so be honest and open from the start.

As to commercial loans, just for clarification for readers who may think that if they loan money to an LLC with a personal guarantee that they are doing a commercial loan, that is not correct, loans are classified by the collateral taken, a loan on a single family dweiing (1-4) to an LLC is a residential loan, not a commercial loan.

Readers should consider change.
