I'm from Nashville TN also and was browsing the forums here looking to connect with other locals and to get info on any meetings that are upcoming.

In browsing the forums, I've been seeing cities thrown out here and there such as OKC, cities in OH (Cleveland, Dayton), Atlanta, Dallas and Houston. 

The app interface can be buggy but it does make the cleaning process easier.

I am just browsing places to buy, I have been looking at Tulsa, Durant and Oklahoma City. 

The problem I'm finding is that none of them actually 'flow' well.I decided to go with www.rentalutions.com because it does actually flow information from the listing through to payment processing, but I'm finding their interface doesn't actually support the workflow and tracking very well.

All the information is available on 3rd party websites that have much better user interfaces.

Just browse these forums- it's nothing but amatuer landlords who have themselves in legal trouble because they don't know their lease and don't know local laws.

Hello all,This is my first post but I have been browsing bigger pockets pretty religiously over the past 3 months.I am a 31 year old dentist (periodontist) who splits his time between San Diego and Los Angeles.I obtained my real estate license about 2 years ago as I've always been interested in real estate, but I haven't pursued signing with a brokerage firm as I've been pretty busy with dentistry.I have heard good things about eXp realty, and wanted to see if anyone had any thoughts or opinions regarding them?

Browsing this forum I see a mix of answers suggesting to have the entire duplex shell be insured using a Dwelling Fire (Landlord Policy) and then you would carry a renters policy for your Personal Belongings as well as the tenant.
