The problem I'm finding is that none of them actually 'flow' well.I decided to go with www.rentalutions.com because it does actually flow information from the listing through to payment processing, but I'm finding their interface doesn't actually support the workflow and tracking very well.

Hello all,This is my first post but I have been browsing bigger pockets pretty religiously over the past 3 months.I am a 31 year old dentist (periodontist) who splits his time between San Diego and Los Angeles.I obtained my real estate license about 2 years ago as I've always been interested in real estate, but I haven't pursued signing with a brokerage firm as I've been pretty busy with dentistry.I have heard good things about eXp realty, and wanted to see if anyone had any thoughts or opinions regarding them?

Browsing this forum I see a mix of answers suggesting to have the entire duplex shell be insured using a Dwelling Fire (Landlord Policy) and then you would carry a renters policy for your Personal Belongings as well as the tenant.
