As someone who used a VW panel van for years (the pre-minivan), I am a fan of a van except for when you need to do demo ... if you have a good dump trailer, than the van is fine.Our new truck (pictured above) meets all of the features previously provided by our van (with the exception of the walk-through from the cabin to the box), plus offers a 3-way dump.  

@the I have a 16 unit in charlotte NC, Its a great value add and or a demo and develop new MF units. 2 acres of the property was sold a few years back for 635k per acres.  

I just had a demo with mashvisor, wondering if anyone has been using them. they offered me expert for a discount and wondering if its worth it.

I purchased an "expert" subscription to Mashvisor in January after conducting a demo phone call and having them walk me through the whole product.

I'd suggest looking into their trial or demo if they offer one, so you can gauge its value for yourself.

So for example, I write out a section on "rental kitchen remodel" and write out the following sub-projects:-Demo and Replace cabinets with real wood veneer, install nickel round hardware pulls.

I have a rental home in Gladstone that needs some demo, drywall work, paint, flooring etc.

Things to consider: when you demo you have to get rid of the stuff...dumpsters aren't cheap and if you are dealing with old lead based paint or asbestos you have extra fees.

Perhaps a bigger problem is I just paid cash for the third one, and had the crew demo it.
