I'm thinking of adding either a cell phone shop or vape shop into the retail space (I have friends who run those type of businesses, so I'd like to get them renting in my bldg).

To be honest everyone is looking for the next gadget that's going to bring in leads.

Although my new career is full of interesting gadgets and tons of learning experiences, it is mandatory that I work six days a week.

You can however later on choose to get your real estate license to add as an additional tool to your investing go-go gadget belt....but I would wait for now.

I would stay away from vape shops as a tenant.

Looking for something to detect Cigarettes, Vaping, Marijuana, Hookah, etc.

As are cellular towers, fiber, the internet, the local gas station, vape shop, computer monitors, keyboards, search engines, and just about everything else you can imagine.
