Really there is nothing different about Denver except maybe it takes a bit more perseverance.   

For the record, I hated getting my bachelors degree in my late 30's, hated going to college, hated but was grateful for saving money living with my parents (awkward when you;re 37 and to them you;re still their little boy) but thru perseverance and taking 21 credits every semester and 12 credits in the summer, I banged it out.

It takes money and perseverance.

Although many can enjoy a taste of short-term success, only the few who passionately love what they do will persevere in the long run.Tenacity.

Lots of perseverance is neededI am amazed because in all other counties and cities around Atlanta this will never happen this way

Limited funds is making it difficult but I will persevere.
