Consumption - people buy everything from hope to happiness and have no savings.  4% of $0 = $0.

I'm going to talk with them about working with them since I can reduce electrical consumption.

Their kWH consumption seemed high but after googling average winter consumption in Oregon, theirs is only a little over the average and of course their family is also larger and at home more than the average family. 

As for electricity, I don't pay for that, but I am curious to know why consumption would be high. 

Growing weed results in above average water and electrical consumption. 

When we took over our park, water consumption jumped approximately 10-15,000 gallons per DAY when it would get really cold out as a result of everyone running water to try to prevent freezing. 

@Stephen Chu most of what is written in books is for mass consumption and written in generic terms. 

For medical purposes there are many other forms of consumption.

Omar, I'm sure you're well aware of the culture our industry has of high cash flow and consumption.

Hard to really say why it's been so much higher since I bought it, but it's a good lesson to be learned that, A) always be conservative with estimates (call the city but then add 20% to whatever they tell you, just to be safe), and B) tenants don't give a flying you know about water consumption when they're not the ones footing the bill!
