I had burned the candle at both ends for so long, there wasn’t much left in the middle.

Whenever we've done welcome packages in the past, we've done candles, chocolate, cleaning supplies and a gift card to local store or restaurant. 

There’s ashes on cardboard boxes, weed smoke the last time I was there they didn’t realize I’m part owner and thought I was just a hired worker so they smoked multiple times then abs now it’s ashes and candles.

I didn't  read 26 posts, just say'n.....Do not try to be a helicopter landlord with rules that many dream up, they can bite you.When you lease a residence there are certain rights of use and quiet enjoyment ranted to the tenant, landlords often go too far trying to reduce their risks which are expected t be  taken by a landlord.Silly example: No candles allowed!

It can be intimidating to see all the candle power on BP (but this is like the national all star team).

Still holding up well in some of our properties.Our difficulty with the acrylic and plastic surrounds occurred when they discolored from tenants burning candles, by being really grimy, or just with age.

Lets say an unrelated event like a main area kitchen fire, or tenant candle, or plumbing fitting broke and flooded the basement. am I covered for those events? 

I know that cigarette smoke has been proven to turn walls inside a home or car yellow/brown but a local property manager I know made the comparison of marijuana smoke to a candle, sage or incense.
